  • Clients must respect lead privacy and comply with all applicable regulations.

5. Data Handling & Consent

  • Leads must provide explicit consent for their information to be shared with clients.
  • Data is processed, scored, and routed according to published rules.
  • Leads without proper consent will not be routed to clients.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • No unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.
  • No sharing of confidential or proprietary information without permission.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee lead quality, client outcomes, or uninterrupted access.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service, if any.
