Co-Founder & Engineering
Gabe comes from a full-stack software engineering background and builds the technical backbone of Evolutionary Eyes — from lead-generation systems to the web platforms our clients rely on. He cares deeply about software that is clean, reliable, and transparent. For Gabe, the best technology is the kind you can actually trust and explain.
Nam Nguyen
Co-Founder & Business Operations
Nam brings a complementary background in design, client strategy, and growth. He focuses on turning business goals into clear, effective digital experiences that move people to act. His instinct for what customers need keeps every project grounded in real-world impact.
How We Met
Both locals from Bothell (Nam) and Snohomish (Gabe), we met in 2016 while working in the same office in Bothell, WA, and quickly became close friends. In 2018 we moved into an apartment together in Kirkland, WA and have been relentlessly curious about how we might build a business or product together. That shared curiosity is exactly how Evolutionary Eyes was born. Outside of work, we enjoy fishing together, late-night fire pit chats, and a shared commitment to continuous learning.

We unite lead generation through Catalyst with thoughtfully designed web experiences, so acquisition and customer experience work as one system.
